Meet Your Hosts,
Brothers John & Sam Williams
Sam Williams of Mars Hill, North Carolina, and his brother John from Cohasset, Massachusetts, had been making the pilgrimage to Boca Grande for so many years that the island felt less like a destination and more like a beloved old friend.

They first came for the beaches—those impossibly wide stretches of white sand that melt into the Gulf of Mexico—but they kept returning for the feeling Boca Grande gives you the moment you cross the causeway: a deep exhale, a sense of stepping into a slower, more gracious version of Florida. The brothers fell in love with the island’s Old Florida character, its pastel cottages, banyan-lined streets, and the way everyone seems to move with an easy, sun-warmed rhythm.
When Sam and John finally bought their condo at the Boca Grande Beach Club, it felt like the natural next chapter in a story they’d been writing for decades. The place checked every box they cared about: perched on one of the best beaches on the Gulf, close enough to town to bike in for morning coffee or an evening ice cream and centrally located so nothing on the island ever feels far away. They loved waking up to the sound of waves, stepping out onto powdery sand within seconds, and knowing that dining, shopping, fishing, and all the island’s simple pleasures were just around the corner. The Beach Club itself had that rare blend of comfort and understated elegance—exactly the vibe that makes Boca Grande so irresistible.
Now, the brothers want to share that feeling with others. Owning a rental property wasn’t just an investment for them; it was an invitation. They wanted guests to experience the same magic that hooked them years ago: sunset walks on the Gulf, lazy afternoons under an umbrella, dinners in town where everyone seems to know your name, and that unmistakable sense of calm that lingers long after you’ve left the island. For Sam and John, Boca Grande isn’t just a place, it’s a joy they’re eager to pass along, one stay at a time.
