HOUSE RULES
You’ll be staying in someone’s home, so please treat it with care and respect.

- Check-in after 4:00 PM
- Checkout before 10:00 AM
- Self check-in with keypad
- 6 guests maximum
- Pets allowed
- Quiet hours: 8:00 PM – 9:00 AM
- No parties or events
- No smoking
- Before you leave; Throw trash away, Turn things off, and Lock up
ADDITIONAL REQUESTS
- Tidy up the premises and start washing of towels and sheets. It’ll make things easier for the cleaning crew.
- Close hurricane shutters/shades.
- Leave parking passes (if applicable).
- At the time of this writing, there is no parking protocol.
- No need to clean the fridge/freezer out or throw away contents. Cleaning team will take care of that.
SAFETY & PROPERTY
Avoid surprises by looking over these important details about your host’s property.
- Safety devices; Carbon monoxide alarm installed / Smoke alarm installed
- Property info; Must climb stairs. Second floor unit. One exterior flight of stairs to climb. No stairs in the condo.

Bypassing Airbnb/VRBO means these terms govern:
- Guests can cancel until 42 days before check-in for a full refund.
- Cancellations between 21 and 42 days before check-in, receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations less than 21 days before check-in receive no refund.
